"No one ever wants to or looks forward to filing an insurance claim, however, if you have a loss you need to file a claim. After being with State Farm for many years I found myself in that spot and I was absolutely dreading the process of explaining and waiting and more explaining and waiting. To my surprise (at first) it was very easy and it felt like there would be quick resolution. But… there is always a wrinkle, and my wrinkle was causing me not to get paid. Insurance claims are rarely as clean as we think they should be. This is precisely why you choose an agent (not an “internet insurance” company). A real person that will stand up for you and go to battle for your when it is needed. That is exactly what Michael Fox and his team did for me. When it was clear I had reached an impasse with the State Farm Claims Call Center, I reached out to Michael and his team. They were able to immediately use their experience and relationships to get my claim resolved and funded."
